At Major Golf Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new golf equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact, then securely pack them to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send your package back to our main distribution center in the UK.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our golf professionals inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
